1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This withdrawal period begins as soon as you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the items. How to return :

Initiate a return: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@airbrushaussie.com.au
. Use our handy contact form or email us directly to start the process.

Return costs :

* You must return the item to our warehouse and the return fees including taxes must be paid by you. Contact the returns team: info@airbrushaussie.com.au

* In case you received an incorrect item, you do not have to bear the return shipping costs.

* You must provide us with photos or video evidence of the item received to submit a return request.

Follow the return steps and packing instructions :

1. Make sure you are not using the item if you have decided to send it back to us.

2. Please pack it in the original packaging as we sent it to you.

3. Only use track & trace enabled carriers for shipping

4. Make sure the packaging bag is dry and in good condition for transport.

If possible, return our goods in the original packaging.

and let us know the tracking number and carrier name.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not allow you to exchange items. If you wish to do so, we recommend that you

ship the product back to us and then order the correct product from us
